Duke announced that Williamson sustained a sprained knee.

Let me start off by saying that I hope and pray that Zion Williamson is okay. A few thoughts that came to mind.

  • Did he really rip his show like that? I have seen equipment malfunctions, but my goodness.
  • The NBA needs to change the “one and done rule” and/or the NCAA needs to start paying athletes while in college.
  • Do you think that Zion should play the rest of the season? I think it may be too much of a risk for him to play. I would make the decision to sit him if I was his parents. That may actually get the NCAA to consider paying players or get the NBA to create an exemption rule for players like Williamson that are both marketable and NBA ready.
