Footballs first female scholarship skill player

On the first day of Women’s History Month, I want to highlight history maker, Toni Harris, a 22 year old safety who has signed a national letter of intent to play football at Central Methodist University, an NAIA school. Making Harris the first female scholarship skill player in college football. Of all the sports, football is the one sport I didn’t think inclusion for women was possible due to the physicality of the game(Sexist comment). Toni Harris has proven me and a lot of men wrong, epitomizing the idea of staying outside the box. I am rooting for her, and I look forward to following her as she continues her football career.
